Lewis S. Eisen is the founder of Perfect Policies, and helps organizations improve their administrative policy instruments by making them clearer, more succinct, and more respectful.

A former practising lawyer, Lewis brings a unique set of skills to the discipline of policy writing based on 35 years of business experience, including several years' experience drafting policies in the Government of Canada. He speaks at venues across the United States and Canada, and is the author of the book How to Write Rules that People Want to Follow: A Guide to Respectful Policies and Directives.
